Does anyone watch the ABC 24-hour live news stream? I have had trouble with it intermittently and now it has stopped completely. Until today I was usually able to watch it though sometimes it would freeze for varying periods of time. Today I haven't been able to get it at all. I get the static image of the presenters and the loading progress bar but nothing else. Other ABC/iview sites all work normally. I would think there would be some kind of announcement if there was a technical problem but I can't find anything. Can anyone shed more light on this?

Presumably American rather than Australian ABC.

Works for me in horrible lo-res with lo-fo sound via cable without a US proxy.

EDIT: video is no better with a US proxy.

Yes, I thought it was clear from the context which ABC I was referring to. You are right that the quality is poor, I think that is for people with slow connections, which seems to be an issue there, but I would still like to be able to get it. So you say you can stream it right now? I can't get anything and I don't know why. Like I said, no problem with other ABC/iview sites, just the live news. What could possibly cause that?

ABC News 24 is streaming perfectly for me right now using UnoTelly.

Bitrate is about 510kbps and the PQ looks great except for a bit of pixellation on shots where the camera pans quickly. There is no stutter or freezing.

Thanks for the verification. I found the problem. Something was blocking the site and not reporting it.
