Just brought a new Sony 4K TV with Android TV and wondering if it's possible to connect it to the US for Hulu/Netflix and still have FreeviewPlus?

I currently use Astrill which I don't believe will allow access to local content as well as US but I understand that unotelly and the like do.

Got one as well. You will need dns services like unotelly, getflix.

Netflix app is installed by default but not hulu. You will need to download and search hulu apk for android tv.

And FreeviewPlus will still work? I also read that Amazon Instant is available on Sony

not 100 % sure on the tv situation

But these services redirect on a per service basis

You can grab the Sky Go apk also and side load it, it will still work with DNS services.

Though you will need to use mouse to move around SkyGo UI and use sideload launcher to launch it
