I am having some really bizarre issues with ABC Australia that I don't understand at all. Can someone else try to play some videos and see if this is working correctly? Specifically, I was trying to view http://iview.abc.net.au/programs/doc-martin/ZW0396A001S00#playing with Unotelly.

Just tested it. Not working here either. Message says only available in Aus. I'm using unotelly also.

There is a specific "Australian Channels" setting on unotelly Dynamo. Do you have that enabled?

Works for me with a Sydney VPN proxy server.

BUT horrible image quality and an annoying experimental "audio description" (for visually impaired viewers?) superimposed on the sound track.

Thanks for responding. On Unotelly I have everything set to Australia at the moment because I was doing some tests the other day. What is happening at the moment though is strange and different. I have computers in two rooms. All are connected to the same router through LAN cables. The ones in one room do not see the ABC site at all. I just get timeout errors when I click on it. If I use a IP proxy (not Australia) I can access the site normally. Otherwise I get the timeout error. That is with both Unotelly and Stremr. Yet the computers in the other room, connected to the same router with the same LAN cable, seem to work, though they are also behaving a bit strangely. If I take my laptop from the room where it doesn't work, and place it next to a computer that does work, it still doesn't work. I don't understand what is going on, but I'm beginning to suspect it may have something to do with Flash. My laptop also cannot find the site with other browsers, like Edge. I get the same timeout error. Yet another machine is now playing the video normally, though I had a lot of trouble at first. I have a feeling ABC may be doing something like Netflix did to block outsiders but nothing I am seeing here makes any sense to me.

I also had the horrible quality and the AD, which is a separate link. If you click on the main link you shouldn't get that. The quality is also better now, though not brilliant but I'm also having trouble with my Internet speed so that may be affecting it. I still don't know why some of my computers cannot even see the link. Something is going on here but I don't understand what. Do you have any idea?

My computers seem to be working again, at least after a fashion. Still not sure what has been going on, but it may have to do with some kind of anti-geounblocking thing. What happened was I changed my dns proxy back to the ISP default, and suddenly I was able to access ABC again. I did get the usual notice that I was not allowed to view the content because I was outside Australia, but at least I could load the site. I then put the DNS back to the proxy and now everything seems to be working as it should.
