As the title says I have just updated my 3NOW mediaworks on demand app on my Samsung Tab S2. It was obviously more than just an update because it required logging in again and replacing the shortcut on my home screen.
However after doing all that when I tried to use it, it came up with the popup

"Sorry this app is not supported on Jailbroken devices"

For a start, Android devices aren't jailbroken they are rooted, and my S2 isn't even rooted. Any ideas from GZers, otherwise I give up, your loss Mediaworks.

So you have tried uninstalling the app and downloading it again from the Google Playstore

Yes. Multiple times. After bug fixes, also using a new sign in. So no go.

If the app developer is too lazy to even differentiate between jailbroken and rooted then I don't hold out much hope.

I have the same problem with with my stock android mxq ott box, I've been waiting years for Media Works to get it right. I know 3now has worked on Samsung's before but all I've ever had on other Android devices is the ads and sound but never any video of the actual program I want to watch. I've tried their help line but they only support PC's.
