So if I left a device on with Netflix in another flat, have a 2 user account, and my wife is watching something now - I'm getting the message that I can't watch because too many users on the account are watching.

Is there a quick and easy way to boot everyone (my wife would be able to easily re-connect) and watch?

The "Sign Out of All Devices" page here https://www.netflix.com/ManageDevices says "This may take up to 8 hours to take effect on all devices and affects all profiles in this account."

Is 8 hours the best I can do?

Changing password won't kick them.

Change to the 4 user plan, won't kick anyone either but probly solve the problem.

Yeah, that's exactly what I said in the OP and asked about the 8 hours caveat ;)

Ahh I see.  I thought I'd done it, and it didn't seem to take 8 hours for me.  But if they've had access for months....what another 8 hours.

Oh it's not "they", it's me. And it's not for months, but just several hours ago before the OP. =) The problem is that the flat is empty so I can't call any one to switch the darn thing off, I need to drive there myself. Anyway it seemed to time out / log out on its own now.
