Has anyone tried Vaderstreams IPTV?

Gave the 3 day trial ago via fibre 100/20 connection.  Got some good HD streams, but some of the channels had quite a bit of buffering.  Not sure if thats a setup on my end or the quality of their stream?

My other streaming services like netflix have never given any issues.  Any other reliable IPTV providers that work well in NZ, or tips on how to get this to stream well with no buffering?
