Hi, I don't have a working antenna on the roof, and use fibre at home from streaming entertainment.
I'm getting frustrated with the TVNZ on demand & 3NOW, and am keen to get some info...
are these services working for anyone on iPad or iPhone? I've got multiple devices all with the latest version of the Apps, and either iOS 9 or 10.
None of them will play anything from TVNZ on demand. I first tried a few weeks ago, and when it didn't work I thought it was just bad luck and would try again later.
Here I am tonight and the missus is asking to watch a TV show, and its still not working.
It plays an advertisement, then "This content is not available right now"
I am using standard 2 degrees broadband (ex snap) DNS. I have tried unblocking DNS using DNS4ME, no luck either.
I'm using IPV4 (6 is disabled in the outer)
I have checked the support pages, and believe I meet all the requirements for devices, bandwidth, OS versions, etc.
I have used the contact page to lodge a support request? (With no answer).
Beginning to get a bit fed up with it.
3 Now - when i go to watch a live steam, it loads the video player, and shows a play symbol with a score through it (like a no smoking sign), unless I choose the music channel which streams.
I'm going to try my Galaxy Tab S now, but it won't airplay so its really only academic. Netflix, neon, rugbypass, etc all work no problem.
Anyone got some experience or suggestions with this? Does it even work for anyone?
