Former OneSmart user still trying to figure out how to now run a US iTunes account in NZ.

Got a Cash Passport today, there's USD$60 loaded and USD is set as the default currency.

But, iTunes won't accept it.

What is really weird is when I log into my new Cash Passport account (same email address as the OneSmart) it has my billing history for the last year to iTunes - the successful OneSmart payments. WTF?!

Help me.

Please...

From this thread

Apparently Onesmart never gave over Address details (probably in violation of card issuer T&Cs), so Itunes beleived it was a US local card,

I susepct cash passport is transferring Address details, so Itunes can work out that it is a non-US card and bounces it.....

From what has been tried the easiest way to add itunes credit to a US based account from NZ is to buy itunes giftcards

Yep, the only way I can get money onto my US iTunes is by buying gift card codes to redeem online. I recommend buyfrompowerseller.com. I've used them for years and they've never let me down. Just bought a Hulu card from them and got the code within minutes.

The new OneSmart card is just a white label offering of Cash Passport so neither will work.
