Can anyone please recommend a streaming strategy to watch the following:

1) French Open (Tennis)
2) Champions Trophy (Cricket)

What subscriptions would I need to purchase?

Thank you :)

A month's Fanpass, purchased today, would cover the entirety of both. It's expensive at $99, but per game/match it works out quite economical. You'd need to make sure none of these were being broadcast on Sky popup channels, though, or they might be omitted from the Fanpass offering, which only gives you sports channels 1-4.

Many thanks for the responses guys! Much appreciated! :)

Here's the plan:

French Open: DNS unblocker > ITV (through Roku)

ICC Champions Trophy: DNS unblocker > Sling TV or Willow TV subscription (through Roku)

well, if you are serious about your tennis, you're probably best to look in to what Eurosport Player has on offer.  Full court coverage for Australian, French, and US Open.  BBC has Wimbledon rights.

Champions Trophy will also be on

DAZN

(needs german vpn)

9 or 10 Euro a month for the sub

Hotstar India also has a live LEGAL free stream on 5 min delay (use Indian vpn or dns supported service) if you can put up with Indian adfested coverage

Hotstar should be supported - check if it's in the list of services, and open a ticket with DNS4ME if it's not working. Or there's a section in the user console to unblock it yourself. Just nominate the url and select a server (India).

I checked Hotstar tonight and could get the Champions Trophy coverage but the stream was so poor that it was virtually unwatchable. The pixelation was so bad I couldn't even read the scores. Apparently on desktop there are stream quality settings you can tinker with so I might turn on the old HTPC and see if I can get it going on that.

I managed to find a Roku private channel for ITV! It is 'PHILHEG4' and is brilliant to watch the French Open and a few other UK channels without having to screen mirror through my tablet.

Unfortunately, and to my surprise, I discovered that Willow TV does not offer its normal $14.99/month subscription at the moment!!! Unbelievable! Instead they want clients to sign up for a Sling TV package and get Willow TV through them! It works out to be cheaper, sure, as the Sling Sports International is only $10/month but in the past I have found Sling to be not so reliable in that, not all Willow TV streams are broadcast through Sling.
