My Panasonic DMR-PWT560 Netflix app has stopped working. Get the red Netflix symbol with a spinning red circle underneath it and it stays like that and won't load. Other streaming apps, IE You Tube work fine, so it's not a connection issue. Wired connection.

 

Anybody have any ides? I have checked through the manual and there is no trouble shooting advice for this.

I had a problem with 4K Netflix content sticking on the buffering phase with my TV. I got it resolved by ringing Netflix. The calls were answered very promptly and the guys were great to talk to and very helpful. My problem got fixed but don't ask me what they did!

Thanks linw. I left it alone overnight and it fixed itself. All I had to do was Log in this am. Odd.
