Has anyone noticed slow start up streaming of iptv streams on Kodi 17 compared to 16 ? I have this issue on both Rasp pi3 and windows 10 . It seems to take an age to start playing streams on 17 but on 16 starts playing almost instantly .

Yep , I recently updated windows Kodi version 16.1 to 17.6 and have the same issue. I guess they tweaked the buffers

I played around with the suggested settings but had no effect so I am staying with 16.1 for now.
