I just got Fibre 200 and a 4K TV.
I want to upgrade to Netflix from 'Basic' to 'Standard' - essentially adding HD and a extra consecutive screen.
But - I can't work out for the life of me how to do it.
I am signed up through iTunes - they'll let me upgrade then number of devices but not the 'quality' of my account.
I signed out of Netflix online and tried to register the better account hoping it would realise I was trying to upgrade.....but it just logged me back in to my current account and the cycle started again.
I've tried through my phone, Apple TV and the Smart TV app....
Any advice appreciated.
