I have mi box running kodi.

Working great for tvnz etc and all the kodi apps.

One thing I'm not sure about is this, can this setup deliver internet access in the same way as say chromecast can, or am i limited to the kodi apps only.

I am running a "non smart" tv.

umm - same as all other chromecasts....find something on your ph/tablet - cast it - and your mi box will show up as a device to be cast to.

Wow ! Thats great. Thanks. Seems like my tv is not the only "non smart" device around here. !
