Not related to the box sets, but there is an ongoing streaming marathon of Dr Who on Twitch at Twitch Presents. The first 500 episodes, run in seasons/groups, and repeated during the day. It goes until the end of July I think.

Just be warned, the chat on Twitch can be a little... unsavory. Supervision is advised, and probably best if turned off completely, for younger viewers.

Well, what can I say, sometimes I like Dr Who and sometimes I don't. This is more of a heads up really.
