So i've just moved flats (out of one with MySky) and haven't got (and don't plan on getting) Sky. I was pretty used to sitting down and flicking the news on when dinner was ready (any time between 6-7.30pm).

I thought i'd used the TVNZ app on Android and stream to my Chrome cast.

So we sat down for dinner at about 6.45, fired up the app and the chrome cast and could only see an option to view the news 'live' with no option to go back to the beginning.

Am I missing something? Or does TVNZ not have the option to start from the beginning halfway through a show airing?

(also not sure if this is the proper forum)

Live shows are live until entirely shown only. Same as dual-release ones. Once done on tv, available online

There was a thread with the similar the other week. One suggestion was to go find the news show and see if you can watch that from the start.
