Just noticed that Netflix has live browser Chat. It is right at the bottom of the "Help" page. Last time I chatted with them it was VOIP via the App's. Maybe it has been there the all the time.

Anyway so I used it as I wanted to suggest that they place a shows language/s and if subtitled more predominately. At the moment you do not know what language or if subtitled till you start playing then it is under the slider. My suggestion being they inform you on the "Overview" page just under the "Genre" for the browser page and tablet page and for phone just under the "Cast".
