FanPass "Tech" support are very unhelpful. 

 

I've recently getting Error code 50000 and 50060 while trying to cast fanpass from device (tried many different ones) to Chromecast, and continually get these codes on the TV, and the device just says video not available.

 

Plays fine on device(s) 

 

 

 

Any knowledge out there to help with this?

Which Fan Pass do you have.

There’s a mobile one for $15.99 a month, if it’s that one casting to a big screen won’t be permitted.
