Is there a way i can transfer my Spotify playlist on my ipad, to a second source such as a USB stick?
Would like to be able to listen in my vehicle without the ipad being in the way.

Your playlists are attached to your Spotify account, so simply logging into the same account on a different device will give you access to those same playlists.

But note the word device - Spotify won't let you transfer music onto a USB stick, hard drive etc (playlists and downloaded content are attached to the app), so the best way is probably to use a phone with Spotify on it, connecting it to your car via Android Auto/Apple Carplay, Bluetooth, USB, 3.5mm cable... - whatever the best available connection is.

Note- you'll need Spotify Premium to have music downloaded (to avoid mobile data usage).

My problem is slightly different, I want to take my playlists from spotify to amazon prime music unlimited. Not the actual songs, but the playlists so it plays the same songs over there.

Not that it will help in the situation of copying playlists between companies, but I had a positive experience with Spotify online staff today - found I had been automatically logged out of Spotify on both personal devices (apparently password too basic, and they'd warned me but the email went to an unused account). But I couldn't then access that email account to get the password reset emails as the email provider has apparently closed it down from lack of use!

In the end I had to create a new account; but the next bit was easy as, as they then copied all the playlists and saved albums from my old to my new account. Very patient and helpful Spotify staff - once I could find how to actually contact them! (I simply couldn't find a way via their contact page - https://support.spotify.com/us/article/how-can-i-contact-spotify/?in_footer)

Thanks for the tip. What I was hoping for was to copy the song lists and have them matched by Amazon somehow, but in order to to do this I guess I'd need the playlist exports in xml or similar format that Amazon or something else could read. Could be a pipedream, but feels like something that someone could create to help ease the pain of switching music providers.
