Hi there...

 

You know the normal radio station like the case of Newztalkzb, classic hits, there are using the iheartradio app for online stream.

 

so how come when we use the Amazon Echo Alexa, i can't locate the newstalkzb etc... the radio station that i can stream thru Alexa is all those US radio station?

 

Does Iheartradio has 2 version, 1 for the Amazon and 1 for the normal app for apple and Android

Check your location settings in the echo.... I vaguely recall being confused as the location settings were at account level and device level.  There were some weird pages I had to visit to try and correct this, and sometimes the settings did not stick. 

 

Also, if you have a dns service, try disabling it and test if the prob is fixed.
