I picked up an open-box SmartVu X from NL last week to have a whirl with. Thank you NL for not deleting the previous owner's Netflix or gmail credentials, but that's by the by.

My real question is, how do you change Freeview channel when watching in live stream mode? The only way I can find to do this is to go into the EPG and do it there. No channel up/down function on the remote??

Up and down on the remote "dial" changes it for me.

A bit off topic: I find it a bit awkward - not a fault of SmartVu. More a naff UI by Freeview.  I'd rather it brought up a small EPG and either you paused for a few seconds and it switched or you had to press the centre button.
