hi guys,

so excited to experience the dolby atmos sound in my home theater and asked my son to set the roku premiere.  was able to grab netflix and youtube channels easily.

when i attempted to add Disney, message appears on the screen...

Channel install failed.

Could not add "Disney Plus".

anyone that could help me on this please.

By the way I got the Roku Premiere from Amazon USA.

What country is your Roku registered under? Us, UK, or here?

I had same issue

Registered for uk content = Disney not available

Registered for us content = region locked you require a DNS VPN to mimick USA location.

I gave up and bought a chrome cast for my sons tv.

If your roku was registered as a us device so you can get the us app store, then yes you'll need vpn/dns services to allow access to all of them.

Same with UK.

I doubt an an NZ registered device that disney plus will be on there yet (depends if they let it run world wide like netflix does).
