Does anyone know/have any information on the spark sport 1 beta that has shown up in the TV channels list on spark sport?

Looks like it will be a curated channel - given the hourly slots

Which means they must feel they have a good amount of regular content now

I missed this , but this may be the start of creating a couple of linear channels and discussions with SKY to have them as addons...

Also I saw the other day a facebook post , some dodgy iptv providers are already offering spark sport 1 as a channel due to their EPL coverage

If it is a linear channel I think test cricket would probably be the main reason. Being a potential 5 days, 7 plus hours a day thing and the likely hood older viewers would be watching a channel might be a good way to get extra revenue to cover the cost of the rights.

Hi

I ushully watch spark sport on my fire stick. But they have updated the app.
Anyone have the akp app update that will work on fire stick .
I think it is v1.11.5.

On the play store it says latest version is 1.3.4 (July 11 2021) This is the version I have got on my Xiaomi TV stick, (and sideloaded to Fire TV stick) so presume its the Android TV version as normal Android version is 1.22.3 (July 11 2021)

Ironically the Android TV app is officially available for Xiaomi Mi tv stick but not my Mi tv box. Go figure the logic of that one.

Got it sorted used the Android TV one from here it's 1.3.4 as you say
