Hi has anyone else been noticing micro stutters while watching anything on Disney+ lately. At first I put it down to a slow connection but it has been constant.

I've tried all the usual remedies. Cleared cache, changed from wireless to wired etc.

TV is a Sony X850C running Android 8

I have the same issue but with Google Play Movies. Netflix, Disney+, Plex, etc all fine. Haven't yet factory reset but from searching online I double it'll solve the issue.

 

2018 KD-55X9000E with all updates installed.
