Trying to play on mobile keep getting following screen.

 

 

Have tried logging out and  in. Turning off and on phone.

 

Have checked that stream on wifi only is off, and have checked on iPhone settings mobile data is allowed for Prime.

 

Not at home so can’t test home wifi, anyone else having problems?

Same here on Android, Spark connection.

It's suggesting I don't have an active Prime subscription. When I try to log into any Amazon Prime or retail site I get an incorrect password error.

The images now load, but it still tells me I don't have a subscription and still cannot log in to their websites.
