I've been working out 1/week for over a year, and it helped my fat loss quite a bit, and built muscle - all good.
But when I recently added an eating window, and a little extra activity - well now I am losing fat again. What I do is basically avoid breakfast, and if I can, lunch as well (depending on when I get up) - focus my calories and nutrients into a big dinner, and then have a calorie light supper - soup, salad.
As such, I spend some of every day hungry, but its easier to manage than a full fast, makes dinner extra satisfying, means I don't have to calorie count, or avoid certain foods. It's working for me.
Anyone else either fasting or doing an eating window?
