Partial? Just get the full job done already!

Careful with wording of how you ask the surgeon to do that, or you could be singing soprano in the recovery ward.

if he/she is trained, then a full circumcision should not result in castration ...

You'd hope.  Only kidding.

They might do it with a local rather then general if you wanted to keep an eye on things (another no pun intended).  Ask. (personally I wouldn't - and I'm not particularly squeamish)

Son had the same issue - phimosis. When he had it done it left no noticeable scar as it's concealed by natural skin creases, plus a (plastic) surgeon did it who considers the procedure a specialty so expected the best result. Son was a bit sore for a couple of days but nothing major.

Was this in Auckland? Do you remember the name of the surgeon?

Just make sure he is not this surgeon. Sorry I could not resist

What happened to the short-sighted circumcisor?
He got the sack.

How do you circumcise a whale?

First, you send down four skin-divers...

An expensive circumcision might be a rip-off.

Reminds me of the rabbi who took a sack of foreskins to a leather craftsman to see what he could make out of them. The rabbi was disappointed to get a tiny purse in return. But the craftsman said stroke it and it turns into a suitcase.

Interested to hear the current costs involved for the OP's op, good luck

Just had tempura for dinner, couldn't tell the onion rings from calamari on sight, had to use a sharp knife to discern, and had deep pangs of sympathy for OP.

DO NOT Google image or YouTube search it as it will scare the bejeebers out of you. laughing

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.
