So super annoying that MS thinks that the world is USA only.

This is not a unique MS problem

They are deliberately launching it US only as they normally do with first gen hardware products.

Makes supply chain a hell of a lot easier, particularly on something with as many moving parts as the band.

Expect worldwide when we get to gen 2 or gen 3 - in roughly 2-5 years. In the meantime, YouShop.

you will be pleasantly surprised with the innacuracies of these generations/dates

But where do you want to go, *today*.  OK, and old Microsoft catch phrase.  I think MS should update to something we all see, a lot of the time.  Honest and one we all relate to.

Please wait...

Without pre-empting any announcements, it would appear that the consumer that likes to have the latest versions may be wise to hold off purchasing a band via youshop.

If I was laying bets I'd currently be betting on a new hardware announcement/release timed to match the release of win10 for mobile.

Warning: reality may differ from above post
