Oblivian: To the one they all redirect to. https://mycovidrecord.health.nz/

But that's the one I went to in the first place.

It's just a banner that is shown based on if you have dismissed it before or not. No biggie.

Technofreak:

where did the invite come from?

A small managed list I suspect. The beta ends soon anyway, and release should be soon after going with the comment someone posted about they advising registering now to be ready for when this comes out.

SO changed her name some 7 years ago when we married. "My Health" site couldn't link her NHI with her name last night when she tried to register.

Sigh. That's going to a be a long time listening to hold music on Monday.

Maybe this is of some help to your SO?

From https://www.health.govt.nz/our-work/diseases-and-conditions/covid-19-novel-coronavirus/covid-19-vaccines/my-covid-record-proof-vaccination-status#under-16

Correcting your information

The name that appears on your record is the name associated with your NHI. If the information associated with your NHI is incorrect, contact your GP or usual health care provider to update it.

I spent 45 minutes on hold there on Friday.

The music was hideous. Jarring and unpleasant, and repetitive.

You couldn't call it music.

I think it was especially chosen to make you hang up.

Was just forwarded a presentation from MoH to the Fitness Industry that was recorded. It's excellent, updated the front page: https://vimeo.com/644615380

Worth watching from about 6 mins in.

Am I the only one who thinks that much of the public and businesses are going to struggle with the ins and outs of this with such short notice?

I can't image applicable businesses are going to dedicate an employee just to scan the QR of every customer on entry?

It won't be too bad in a gym and in my own application because every approaching person already scans in anyway. But they still have to have their POS systems updated.

Really, really interesting

Biggest takeaway from it... "gym" actually means "indoor exercise"

- so its going to catch yoga, Pilates.  +  indoor sports facilities

and will also likely encompass  Ballet and other forms of indoor dancing...

+ these operations might also need to have vax certs at Green, otherwise they will have to go through and validate all their members again if the alert level goes back up to Orange/Red

Yes. My daughters do ballet so I let her teacher know.

But it’s going to be an interesting journey.

It's very straight forward and done in Europe now. It takes about 5 seconds to scan someone and is done by the same staff that seats you at a restaurant or is on reception.

The NZ system is compatible with the EU system so will probably have a similar verification mechanism.

I am at fault here as I replied about the passes in this thread. Please discuss vaccination records and passes in this specific thread:  COVID-19 vaccination record / certificates (geekzone.co.nz)

I have been looking for an example MoH My Covid Record - Covid-19 vaccination record.

Six months after my Pfizer Dose 2, I asked my DHB for a Booster jab and received a jab.

It does not seem clear (or I have not found) on the MoH website if a 3rd dose versus a Booster dose is the same strength vaccine or if there is just a timing issue between doses.

My vaccination record now shows Pfizer Dose 3. As far as I know I am not immuno compromised.

Should the MoH vaccine record distinguish between Booster doses and 3rd and subsequent doses?
