Mobilise, deep breaths, cough if able, sit upright as soon as allowed, wiggle legs and contract leg muscles.

Mobilise with analgesia better than no meds and no mobilisation.

Reinflate lungs, reduce basal collapse/atelectasis,
Improve keg cuculation to reduce clots.
