Help! My new WeLoop Tommy arrived yesterday. I charged it up and and set up the clock, all fine.

The documentation has a QR Code which is supposed to take you to the Apple Store for the Tommy app but I think it's been hacked, because it takes you to an app called Skout - Meet, Chat, Friend.

I couldnt find the Apple app on my phone for Tommy. I found one called WeLoop Luxor and another one called WeLoop with some Chinese characters next to it.

Both apps work and look the same, but neither of them seem to allow me to pair the phone, it just doesn't show up as a Bluetooth device in settings and the page on the app doesn't do anything.

There are no instructions on whether there is a button to push in order to make the watch visible to my phone.

Does anyone have one of these that can tell me how to pair the watch, or if it is the app, how to find the Tommy app on the app store?

Thanks all, I've now got the app and am downloading a firmware update. Fingers crossed.

All sorted, now working fine. A user manual with a bit more detail would have been cool, but I'm happy now:)
