I went to an Indian Takeaway Restaurant last night, and their food rating (A) had expired, nearly a year ago. I mentioned it, and the staff shrugged and said they knew.

I thought it was a legal requirement to display a CURRENT grading notice in a prominent place, and the only time it's not valid, is if it's pending, in which case you need to display the pending certificate.

Who would I notify about this?
