ears getting blocked up with ear wax is a common problem . . .  not usually anythng to do with an ear infection.
Just go to a local pharmacy and ask them for something to treat it with (like waxol or something similar)

edit - boy there is a serious lack of punctuation in your post - making it difficult to understand

Health Line

ETA: Typical signs of an adult ear infection are balance and dizziness issues. If you turn your head fast and it causes you to get motion sickness, that may be an ear infection.

+1 your ear will general be hot as well as painful (source I've had a few).

If you just irritated it it should settle down after a few hours.

Ear wax doesn’t necessarily mean an ear infection. Having experience with both an middle and outer ear infection they have different symptoms.

The outer infection usually has the sign of a bright red ear, feels hot and is extremely painful to be touched, less painful if gravity lets stuck fluid drain away from the drum. Usually is caused by either water stuck in the ear (easily drained) or an infection if the skin itself.

The middle ear infection will cause a pain inside the ear, dizziness, muted sounds and becomes more painful when letting gravity let the fluid touch the drum. Eventually the pain will increase until the drum bursts and the fluid can drain out, at which point the pain will go away (this fluid may be blood tinged from the tear in the eardrum).

Best way to diagnose is to see a doctor, they’ll look in the ear and can tell if the ear drum is bulging (middle ear infection) or fluid trapped in the ear canal. Appropriate treatment can be carried out.

Under the lockdown you are able to travel for medical help, if your local doctor is closed you are allowed to travel to the next closest one.

First off

DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN YOUR EAR SMALLER THAN YOUR ELBOW

I also suffer from wax build up. Whilst in boarding school and the RNZAF I had them syringed once or twice a year. When left I started using Cerumol drops. After installing the drops at night I would place a piece of cotton wool in each ear to keep the Cerumol from leaking out. In the morning during my shower I remove the cotton wool and tilt my head so that a single jet stream of water enters my ear and I do this for about 30 secs.

Usually I only need to do this treatment once every couple of months.

In your case I would recommend a Doctors visit for an examination and possibly a syringe clean. If you are unable or unwilling to see a Doctor then try my above method. In your case you may have to do it a few times on consecutive days.

Pop down to your chemist and get some Waxsol or Cerumol. Follow the instructions on the package.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

Until you can visit a pharmacy wash the outer ear with boiled then cooled salted water (or saline if you have it in your first aid kit) then hold a hot flannel against it.

Doctor Google suggests massaging a couple of drops of olive oil from your finger tip into the opening of your ear.

FineWine, my hearing specialist advised against getting water in the ears if possible.

... and you could try and use some common punctuation in your posts - if for no other reason than as a courtesy to the people from whom you seek advice. Hard to read as a totally unpunctuated stream of consciousness.
