Hi There!

How can I reach the customer complaint line. The website just has some international form, and I am sure they have an 0800 NZ number.

Anyone else having a problem with the fusion razer refill blades splitting in the midde of the plastic making the blade come off the handle and causing nasty cuts? I have had 3 of them occur exactly the same across 3 packs in the last few months!

Gillette? Ditched them a long time ago, best razor they made was the mach 3. Since then they have gone down hill and the price has gone up.

King of shaves razor is the way to go.

I agree!!

Then, they bought out that awful vibrating razor too.

Gillette invented the perfect razor in the mach 3, and they haven't been able to improve on it since then.

Don't buy any of that rubbish. It's all a con designed to trap you into buying expensive blades. Get a traditional safety razor that uses the flat double edge blades. It gives you an infinitely better shave than any modern multi-blade "shaving system", is a pleasure to use, and blades are unbelievably cheap. I got a multipack of blades that should last me around two years for $40. Downside - some initial cost in buying a decent razor and brush, and a very slight learning curve. Check out www.badgerandblade.com for much shaving geekery. But beware - this site suffers from the a typical phenomenon of internet forums. People find the need to post endless tutorials and videos etc on something that is actually very easy, i.e. shaving, which makes it feel slightly intimidating and difficult. It isn't. It probably took me three shaves to get used to using a double edge razor, with minimal nicks and cuts. Since then, that never happens.
