nope dont see a problem at all.

I think Police apologized for calling him Irish, when they thought he was only acting like he was Irish:)

Fair enough, it's a simple mistake

Most anyone from the Tron would confuse Jaffas and Irish......

To be fair, it was the wind that broke his roof rack and skewed his kayak. Not nearly as good a story, I know, but who cares these days about truth and accuracy?

To be really fair, in that case he's a numpty for not tying it to front and rear bumpers.

To be really, really fair, I've known experienced kayakers who have done similar, including one guy who only tied to the rear bumper (and roofrack) and ended up towing his kayak and roofrack at 100kph down the motorway.
