It looks pretty phony to me. If it is jet propelled, where are the thrusters, or even a fuel tank to keep it in the air for more than five minutes? Jet packs are real. This is not.

Betcha they are about the start a "crowdfund" or series A capital raise, :)
The Videos are full of hard fades, so you have no ability to judge the flights duration,
Plus looking at the debris being thrown around in their "river" video on YT its clear this is a looong way from a marketable product.....
If it worked and had 30 km range, I could see it being useful to getting to the back of the farm quickly, or into some of the more remote hunting blocks or Fishing spots around NZ.

Your best hope at the moment for that spec is continued Drone Development,
A flycart 30 can currently lug 30kg 15 kms, - so you're still years away from a human weight payload....

Upto 7 times lighter than a motorbike.. So 30-40KG in weight... Including an engine of some sort capable to hauling my fat arse around.. Suuure.. More info here: volonaut-airbike-takes-flight

I mean, that sounds like a pretty basic scale-up to me.
Of more concern is that this would a) need to be human-rated, under whatever safety standard you try to certify it, and b) need to have rather advanced and reliable FBW to be controllable by the average person without too much training, even after equipment failures (fail-safe).
Crashing a 30kg loaded drone and maybe hitting someone is much more benign than crashing a 100kg loaded drone that's definitely carrying someone.
If they indeed managed to pull off a compact, highly efficient jet engine... forget the bike, become an engine manufacturer.
It reminds me of a few of the other kickstarter scams where things are often too good to be true. eg.
