Yeah, I've noticed the same with Caltex and (perhaps to a slightly lesser extent) BP. I'm not sure I'd call their 91 prices cheap... but they at least seem to match the 91 prices for the area, whereas 95 is often a good 15-20 cents dearer than the mobil right around the corner (Is this to do with the mix they're using?) And they often only have the 91 price visible from the road which looks reasonable, but then you have to drive in and look at the pump to find how much 95 is. Very annoying.
