Aliexpress has terrible or no quality control and regular outright fraud. I would not be surprised if it turned up and the wires in the cable were copper-clad steel instead of copper, or the safety components were empty boxes. That's how bad it is. Ebay and Amazon are little better. 

 

Buy an EVSE from a reputable local source.

Searched it thoroughly, but didn't find the label where I can see the voltage...

 

Will do a video and send it to you later so that you can have a view also.

It looks like the sticker would be behind that wrapped cable in the metal bracket.
