I think they're trying to bluff you out of it by telling you to go for it.

 

 

 

Lodge the claim now. They won't do anything until there is something to do. They won't wat to go to disputes, they'll lose and I think they know it.

 

They can't contract out of CGA, Invoice has their details, they advertised it (does it say on the TM listing it's on behalf?).

I emailed the dealer and outlined what I want done and if not I will file with the MVDT and at that point they agreed to refund the entire purchase amount.

They continued to mislead me right up until that point.

Best I can do is leave a negative review outlining my experience and the issues with the car, I will leave the Make model and rego in the review so if anyone does read the reviews they can stare clear.
