MAZDA Speedometer has Immo and Car Config encoded into it, hence - you put donor cluster in - the car won't start. Donor cluster will need reprogramming.

RUKI:

1) I am expert with Mazda Speedometers. Do not listen to those, saying "replacement cluster is an easy fix". Its NOT

2) MAZDA Speedometer has Immo and Car Config encoded into it, hence - you put donor cluster in - the car won't start.

3) I can: extract ALL data from your existing cluster and transfer it into donor cluster. i.e. create a complete clone of your cluster so that it will start and the ODO will be the same.

Where from here: I do not have cluster similar to yours, only one spare from NZ new diesel, which does not have that digital screen on the right. It may still work if you cannot find exactly the same cluster. So, you source cluster from wreck, which has that screen and has LEDs as your cluster has and send me both clusters (Auckland) for the data transfer. Non damaging procedure, no dismantling, no soldering. You'll be 3 days without car while it is couriered to and from Auckland.

Thanks @RUKI how much would you charge for this?
