maclongshanks:

We probably can't do 2 anyway but I'd still appreciate knowing if there is anything that can happen from that.

We do mostly round town driving, 50 to 60km speed usually.

You'll cause uneven wear to components, including the new shock (it'll likely take more than half the load) also you're in danger of having uneven tyre wear, -

Your Shocks are most needed around town, as they help with braking...

Thank you so much everyone! :)πŸ˜ΊπŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½

Such amazing information, we really appreciate it. I'm taking this all on board :)

A slight possible hitch, our local shock shop has said their warehouse has no Ultimas in the country at the moment for our car. BNT here has also said they can't get any shocks at all for our car.

Our local Repco has also said they can only get an SAS shock but it's $400+.

Does anyone have any recommendations for if or where we could get Ultimas if we need to, or something next up from there?

Also the Monroe's?

Hoping to find affordable and reliable places if we need to. I understand it could be more difficult doing it that way, as people have said. But would just like to find out in case we need to go that route πŸΎπŸ™πŸ½

Thank you so much that's so kind! :) I'll reply more soon πŸ˜ΊπŸΎπŸ™πŸ½
