joker97: Go toa merc dealer and cut the price by 10k and up the trade in by 5k what do you expect!

They are used to people who pay 10k more to get leather seats and another grand to get an extra key.

i wish 5K, try $10k+ on the trade in.
and its FULL spec. not the rubbish basic ones.

ah so cut 10k, add 10k on trade in ... umm ... good luck :D

of course there are people who visit a dealer at the right time and get a steal, but it's probably more on their terms still at the end of the day, as they wanted to get rid of stock.

negotiation cannot succeed if neither is prepared to budge :D maybe wait a few more weeks and try your luck

Totally understand. A simple (yes/no) answer would of been great from him,but WOW he went crazy while throwing personal attacks. As everyone is well aware, Mercedes is not cheap but manners still apply!

PS: could get a model up ( from e250 to e350 ) , 2 years newer and half the km's for about the price they are asking for their old model.
