Mitsubishi Legnum?

What does that mean?

Rock hard seats that will cripple you ?

Mitsubishi have a record of misspelling.

Allegedly, the Mitsubishi Starrion was really supposed to be the Mitsubishi Stallion.

Perhaps the Legnum was supposed to be the Lignum.

Saw a Triumph Dolomite on a trailer today: imagine naming that after a sturdy mountain range...!

One that sounds as stupid as the TV ad:

SsangYong Tivoli.

edit:

Put Nissan Qashqai on there too.

Names they hope will become trendy that really sound like desperation to me.

I wonder what a kiwi car would be called. I think Mazda are very New Zealand oriented like the naming of our creeks:

Mazda 2
Mazda 3
Mazda 6

What about some of the slogans on the spare wheel covers on the Jap SUVs.  Some of them are just completely inane.

Then there's the Honda CRV - Comfortable Recreational Vehicle or the Toyota RAV - Recreational Active Vehicle

I thought RAV was Really Average Vehicle or Really Awful Vehicle?

One of my brothers has one and he is Mr Beige, so I stay well away from them.
