OK, so daylight saving finished a few weeks ago and the clock in the car always seems to get left until last.
I can never remember how to do it and have to refer to the manual, except now our manual is missing.
I suspect the garage didnt put it back in the car when they serviced it 6 weeks ago, but are now saying they dont have it.

So, if anyone out there has the instructions for changing the time, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks, I dont have a frequency button but I've worked out that pressing Time and EQ together makes the clock menu come up.
But pressing the +/- (the button with the fan symbol in the middle of it) does nothing.
Maybe our car is a bit different.

What model headunit does the car have (assuming it is a Blaupunkt) as the LCD display is linked to this. (Assuming it is the same as my 04 Vectra)

Dont panic, the folks over at TradeMe have come up with the answer.
Just press the Time button until the clock menu appears (seems EQ as well was just a fluke).
Turn the menu knob to scroll up and down to highlight Hour.
Press menu knob in and a wee sub menu pops up showing the time.
Turn menu knob to increase or decrease hour value.
Press menu knob in again to return.
Select exit and pump air with fist.
