What a stupid system it is!
Full of errors, charge wrong rate,  website errors, staff lack of knowledge........
Anyone had the same issue?

Who set up that website? University student?

How much money the government spent on this system? 
How much more they will need to spend to fix these problems?
That is why the bus fare is so expensive....
