Hi Guys,
I have a fresh JDM import of a Vanguard (LWB Rav 4)  and it has the Japanese SatNav installed.  If I swap it out for a Pioneer AVHX4600BT will I get support for the cameras can I just plug in the Toyota connectors or with an adapter plug it in, I'm thinking I should be able to get the reversing camera to work not sure on the Passengers side camera or is there a kit I would need to get.

Other question can I just link into the SatNav antennas or does it require a separate module to intergrate with the Pioneer.

Does anyone have any bright ideas before I start purchasing equipment.

I've just imported a Caldina and literally got the reversing camera going today on my cheap Chinese stereo.

Toyota use a non standard solution for their reversing camera with a 6V powered camera and a four wire connector (signal, earth x 2, 6V). It's not that hard to sort out you need to buy a voltage regulator and be ok using a soldering iron and heat shrink. My stereo also needed a signal for when to activate the camera but wasn't too hard, just a bit of faffing around with a multimeter. Took 2-3 hours and $20 of bits from Jaycar all up, including a few odd ball things.

Also make sure you don't need a trim kit when for your stereo as Toyota generally have an odd ball size, it's a bit wider than double DIN.

Thanks Handle9, since I posted I have sourced from Amazon a double din adapter with single din option for $27.00. Plus a steering wheel control interface. Also a local supplier has Toyota reversing camera adapters at a good price, talking with some guys on a US forum some aftermarket head units have two camera inputs if you wagon has more than one camera.
