Read the entire article but you can get fined for going only 1km/h over the speed limit

I think this is crazy. Sure car speedos may be under reading because the manufacturers set it up like that but I don't think most people know that so we are going to have people constantly looking at their speedos instead of paying attention to the road. 

If you are like me and do not agree with this police policy then please email the Police Minister Michael Woodhouse and ask him to express his concerns to the Police at their zero speed tolerance approach >
