Does "you break it your buy it" apply? :)

Chorus has spent $1.4 billion on making their xDSL broadband network faster. If your still stuck on ADSL or VDSL, why not spend from $150 on a master filter install to make sure you are getting the most out of your connection?
I install - Naked DSL, DSL Master Splitters, VoIP, data cabling and general computer support for home and small business.

Wow.  That's crazy!  Why would test drive an automatic?

Yes.

When you take a car for a test drive they SHOULD get you to fill out a form that makes you responsible for any damage to the vehicle and take a copy of your license. I understand this is also for their insurance cover.

If they didn't then this was still the dealer's car and someone else destroyed it, so I would imagine damages would be a police matter?

I've only been on the customer side of this so dunno about the specifics.

That having been said who knows if they will ever get any money out the person in particular.

the first paragraph was sarcasm
