The idiot, the slow one and the short one (Clarkson, May and Hammond) are filming for there Amazon Prime show.

Based off this, it could be quite good

I wish it was available elsewhere.  Good business for Amazon though.

I thought this was what the motoring world was waiting for?:

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

Amazon will likely sell it on via existing braodcast networks, or a 3rd party streamer (lightbox, quickflix etc)  in countries where it does not operate a streaming service, - the big question is how long any delay is...

I can buy a Ferrari....just need to sell the wife, kids, house, dog.......

But yeah, be fun to see them thrash around the latest "consumer" vehicles :)

I think the show needs a balance an I expect it to have it, though I suspect if it's an american show, not many of those cars will be available here.

I really have no interest in how comfortable the hand sewn leather seats from a single crocodile that lines the Merc, or that it takes Mr pagani 800 man hours to hand craft the gear box lever. Not even the fact that when you drive a La Ferrari past 150 mph it still accelerates and wets you even more and makes you say I've never felt anything like this before.

I would appreciate to see if my S4, 330S (umm i meant the most powerful bmw 3 touring) x drive or the WRX has less understeer On a wet day. Or if all ESP are as equal when those cars lose it round the bend while doing the above test

My Touring 335D xDrive will blow the doors off a 330 :)

Whilst I too would find this interesting, reality is, for most it would make fairly average viewing.

You are much more likely for them to find a 25K Sedan and put 6 sets of tyres on it and put it around the track to compare handling, because it's applicable to most people.

Problem is the former can be made to be far more sensational (=profit) and also sells a dream outside of reality for most (=profit)

I look forward to seeing them back in action.

Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation

With the kind of cars they will most likely be testing, if you were to buy one I'm sure you could pay for it to be available to you no matter where you were in the world, haha :)

They love traditional British/European brands and loathe everything else. I wouldn't mind them starting to give an in depth of the Shelby Cobra AC line though :)

I can give you one. It's very fast and corners like a brick with no wheels. It sounds lovely, and you can spin the rear wheels at 60MPH. I didn't like the interior, and found the seats uncomfortable. I wouldn't buy one.

I wouldn't even keen it if it were a gift. :)

Because it/they would be at risk of becoming a consumer programme rather than 'entertainment' !
