I have one of my children in the restricted phase of their car drivers licence, and I'd love to find an iPhone app to log their driving time, driving conditions, driving time, and where they have been.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Easiest way would be to get a GPS tracker. You can get ones that just plug into the cars OBD2 port. Or get a battery powered one that you just need to hide in the car somewhere. Especially as how would an iphone app be able to tell difference between say the car stuck in traffic Vs car parked on side of road? And if they wanted to drive somewhere without you knowing, all they would need to do is leave the iphone at home.
