I see Dunedin traffic peak travel times are up only 22% - my 5 minute drive to anywhere takes 6 mins between 8 & 9am.

And the other traffic stat I heard on the weekend is NZ average download speed is 27Mb/s but Dunedin's average download speed is 107Mb/s thanks to Gigatown.
